Loza's work on my front foyer floor was wonderfully done and looked so beautiful! So much so that the next 3 clients that came into see the house, immediately put offers on the house! We had a great experience with Loza’s Remodeling. I had an emergency request and they were able to come came day!
They asked multiple questions, phoned us, came out to assess the work, were able to select the materials to completed the repair in one day. They finished the job to our satisfaction before we even received calls back from others. They took care to clean up well after which meant a lot to us as well. We will use their services for other jobs in the future!

Loza’s Remodeling did an excellent job painting my home office and built-in book cases. The two-man team took 2 days to carefully, and thoroughly transform the dark gray walls and oak stained book cases to white. They also refreshed the moldings and popcorn ceiling in white. I was most concerned about how the book cases would turn out – and they turned out perfectly! The team was very meticulous and made sure I was 100% satisfied. The price was a bit steep, but the results were flawless. I will certainly hire this team again.
