Cleaning was very thorough and also efficient. They were available within a few days of initial contact and showed up right on time. Did the things that often get skipped like tops of cabinet trim, ceiling fans, windowsills, and even some very high cobwebs (I have a problematically tall foyer, they figured out how to get to them from the stairs where I have failed). They were even very friendly with my dog who was interested in the strangers in the house, but is also scared of vacuums and mops.
