We chose CertaPro after interviewing a lot of painting pros, and CertaPro impressed us with their responsiveness and professionalism, particularly in the planning process. We only needed two rooms painted, but the team treated it as if it was a very important job of much bigger size. The painters who came on the day were very thorough in their work, and a project manager came to oversee that everything was progressing correctly and that we were happy. There had been some miscommunication internally between the project manager and the painting team, so they arrived later than expected and had not been briefed on the colors, i.e. what goes where, but once that was clarified, they went to work and did not stop until everything was perfect. They left the place as clean as they had found it, and the painted rooms look beautiful!

Mr. Perdomo and his team did a great job painting a bedroom in our home. He was on time and the room turned out beautifully. He is very knowledgeable and skilled in his line of work. If we ever need more painting done, I won’t hire anyone but CertaPro!

At CertaPro Painters of Alexandria we offer great prices and are always running various specials throughout the year. We also offer a price match guarantee if others will match all we offer. Lastly, we offer EZpay options, which is same as cash financing for 6-12 months. Call us today to schedule a free estimate.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Contact the customer after receiving their estimate request 2. Find a day & time when we can meet at the property being painted 3. Listen to the customers needs and expectations for the project 4. Enter the project details in our computer to create the proposal for the project 5. Review the proposal with the customer to ensure all the details were captured 6. Embrace questions from customer 7. Leave a proposal with the customer 8. Follow-up with the customer within 1 - 2 weeks

Each CertaPro painter is highly trained and skilled - we make sure the work is done professionally every time! Our painter has many years of experience painting. If we have a painter with minimal experience, they are paired with an experienced painter.
