We needed a portion of our deck repaired and Alex was responsive, professional and got the job done quickly! He went above and beyond. He also power washed our deck and stained it! It looks SO MUCH BETTER. We could not be more thankful for him. He went above and beyond. Would recommend & look forward to his assistance with other house improvements down the road. Alex responded to my job post to replace a 2 story house, attic gable vent. I needed it done quickly because rain was getting in the attic and leaking onto the ceiling in a bedroom. I spoke with him on the phone. He was professional, gave me a fair price, he put me on the schedule, and I was lucky - he came out the same day! I wasn't home when he came. I left the vent outside and he took care of the rest. I'll definitely be using him again - maybe even tomorrow!

Alex and his team did an excellent job with the painting of our entire house of over 3,000 sq ft. Our newly bought home originally came with very dark and intense colors, so we wanted to brighten our home with lighter off-white colors. Alex and his team were able to transform our house, and their skills and experience were shown with the final results. Their price is extremely competitive compared to other quotes we had received. We are super happy and pleased with the interior painting of our home. We highly recommend him to anyone needing any painting in their home.

I cannot praise Alex and Wasi Solutions LLC enough. Alex was an all-around excellent communicator. Alex came on a weekend (which I appreciate because he accommodates my work schedule) to repair my bathroom walls and ceiling, damaged from a water leak, and he made them look new again with his fantastic scraping, patching, and painting. He unscrewed all my shelves (and repaired my towel rack) to get all parts of the bathroom looking new again, which was above, and put them all back on. I am very grateful for Wasi Solutions LLC's service and recommend them (but ask for Alex- a super nice guy!) for all your repair needs.
