I booked their services for my mom to take the Amtrak. The driver arrived at my mom's house a little before the expected arrival time which was great. Once he saw her coming out with her bags, he politely got out and provided assistance. On her return trip, her train was over an hour late so I sent him status updates. He acknowledged each update to ensure he would be there on time. Again, he arrived at the train station a little early for her and once he picked her up, he sent me a notification that he was in route to take her home. He provided excellent service and was very flexible to ensure he picked up my mom on time.

Absolutely outstanding service! We hired this limo service for my daughter’s prom, and I couldn’t be more pleased. The driver arrived right on time, was extremely polite, and showed exceptional professionalism throughout the evening. He went above and beyond by patiently waiting when the group needed extra time, and even dropped off my daughter’s friends—something that wasn’t originally part of the plan, but he handled it graciously without hesitation. Needed to get 40 people from hotel to Arlington National Cemetery. Harry helped me set up by answering my frequent questions without applying sales pressure. Offered good price as I made a few inquiries. I can’t say enough good about our driver Younas. Arrived right on time, courteous, polite. He was very familiar with ANC policies. He had a very calming effect with our family as we were about to bury our Dad. The bus was exceptionally clean and comfortable on a very warm day. I would highly recommend Alpha Limousine to others.
