I believe in clear and honest pricing. I provide upfront estimates and confirm the final price before starting the job. no hidden fees. Pricing depends on the type of service and situation, but I always aim to be fair and competitive while maintaining high-quality work.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start by understanding the customer’s issue and asking a few quick questions. Then I provide a clear estimate or pricing range. Once I arrive, I assess the situation in person and confirm the final price before starting any work. After completing the job, I make sure everything is working properly and that the customer is fully satisfied.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My training comes primarily from hands-on field experience, working with a wide range of lock systems, residential and commercial. I continuously stay updated with modern locking systems and techniques to ensure safe, damage-free, and efficient service.
