They answered all of my questions, explained the pricing, talked through availability, and followed up through text to make scheduling easy. The communication from start to finish was excellent.They did ask for a deposit to reserve the appointment, which I normally dont do, but considering they were driving all the way from West Springfield, Virginia, it was completely reasonable. After looking through their Google reviews, I felt comfortable moving forward. Honestly, seeing a company with a real rating instead of another perfect five-star profile made me trust them even more. It felt authentic.On the day of the appointment, they actually arrived early, introduced themselves with a handshake, and got right to work. Within minutes it was obvious these guys had done this thousands of times. No hesitation. No guessing. Steven and his team did a great job fixing a big dent and scratch on our vehicle. They came same-day and were flexible when rain interrupted their work, happily showing up early the next day to finish. They color matched the paint perfectly, and they even fixed an old dent that was on the car when we purchased it!
