Hello, Working with Blakeney Services Moving & Storage LLC was such a great experience. We had heard of them from family and needed assistance moving from house to house. They were able to schedule a time with us and were very flexible and accommodating to our schedule. We initially had them come out and inspect our old house to give an estimate of how long it may take to move everything. Once that was provided, Dominick kept in touch to ensure nothing had changed. The day of the move, Dominick and his team arrived promptly as promised and began to disassemble our furniture. They were efficient, quick, humble, and extremely respectful throughout the entire process. Once they had disassembled the furniture and loaded it into the truck, they even assisted with other boxes/items to help make our move smoother. (We had only asked for our big items to be moved, i.e., furniture, the fact that they assisted everything else, made our lives that much easier.) Once we arrived at the new house, they laid out covers to protect the floors, which was very appreciated. They promptly brought all the furniture into the home and listened to our chaotic back and forth on where furniture should be placed. Even when we were indecisive, they made no fuss and relocated the furniture into another room. The whole process took about 8-10 hours, which would have taken me about 3-4 days. They moved 30 years worth of items from my old house into our new home with ease. By far, the best experience I've had with movers. If you are looking for assistance moving, these are your guys. I cannot emphasize enough about how amazing they were. My mother and father live with me and Dominick and his team were extremely sweet, kind, and respectful to them. If I ever need to have items moved, if I have family that needs assistance, if I know friends who are moving... Dominick and his team at Blakeney Services are who I would recommend to them every single time. Dominick and team, I can't thank you enough for the smooth experience and overall how humble and respectful you all are. Dominick and his team were absolutely wonderful to work with. They were extremely professional, responsive and arrived right on time on moving day. They moved everything from my large furniture to my clothes and even helped me to get things, such as my bed, set up in my new apartment. They had all the proper equipment to protect my belongings during the move and they truly hustled on both ends of the move. I couldn’t believe how quickly and safely they moved my stuff. Blakeney went the extra mile on all things and I would definitely use them again. I have already started recommending them to all of my friends that have a move coming up. Thank you to Blakeney for making my move much easier than expected!

I needed someone to move me quickly and efficiently Blakeney Services came right out and helped me i was behind schedule and worrying about if i would make the move in time but everything worked out Blakeney Services were extremely polite and respectful with great quality worker's thank you.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Step 1: To listen; Most customers know what they want, and there are some who are incisive but none the less they will let you know, just listen for the need! Step 2: Give information and receive information from customer; After listening, I give vital information about my company and services as well as get vital information about the customer. I ask any questions that will help me better service them pertaining to the the task. Step 3: Scheduling; Once you exchanged information and asked the relevant questions a service date is set. Step 4: Providing excellent service; Being as efficient, punctual, and professional as possible when dealing with the customer or and customer's belongings. Step 5: Follow up; After providing excellent service, follow up with the customer, confirming everything was to the customer's satisfaction.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 9 years experiencence in the moving industry. Five of the nine years were spent learning, working for an elite moving organization and 4 years working for myself as a owner operator of my moving company.
