Introduction: About Simply Coco Courtney Hermes is a photographer, mother, and RN student and is currently obsessed with sparkly nail polish, French macarons and Vietnamese iced coffee. She is the photographer behind Simply Coco Photography — specializing in on-location, natural light, documentary-style newborn photography. When not behind the camera, you’ll find her whipping up a batch of cupcakes in her tiny kitchen, browsing Pinterest for new (pin)spirations, or collaborating with other locally owned businesses at her signature Shop, Sip, and Click events. Courtney lives in northern Virginia with her husband, three (!) little boys, and a pom-a-poo named Tigger. Her wish during a session is to capture beautiful photographs of your newborn — the curl of their toes, the wisp of hair behind their ear, their tiny wrinkles and rolls, and so much more. She believes that every baby is precious and has his or her own story to tell.
