I cannot recommend Sam enough, even though we ultimately weren't able to move forward with our project due to budget constraints. From the start, he was incredibly detailed, thorough, and provided a rendering that looked exactly like what I was envisioning. As a single woman navigating this project on my own, his support went above and beyond. He genuinely cared about making sure I wasn't taken advantage of or making the wrong decision, acting as a trusted sounding board throughout the process. He even followed up afterward just out of pure kindness to see how things were going, with no pressure for business. While he was more expensive than other quotes we received, it is clear that his expertise, integrity, and customer care are top-tier.
