We provide free inspections and detailed estimates after evaluating the property to ensure accuracy. Pricing depends on the scope of work, materials, and any underlying issues discovered during inspection. Our goal is to offer long-term solutions—not quick fixes—so customers aren’t paying twice for the same problem.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a free on-site inspection to assess the condition of the roof or exterior system. From there, we provide a clear breakdown of what we find and walk you through the best options—whether it’s a repair or full replacement. Once approved, we handle scheduling, materials, and installation while keeping communication clear every step of the way.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are a licensed and insured contractor operating under a Virginia Class A License and MHIC License. Our team has hands-on experience in roofing systems, structural repairs, and exterior restoration, with a strong focus on proper installation methods and long-term durability.
