You’re in good hands with Hearthstone. My roof had been speared by a big oak tree branch leaving a 5-6” puncture wound that went clear to attic floor. When a Gardner point it out to me I downloaded Thumbtack and solicited bids. Hearthstone was fast and professional submitting theirs after a visit from a senior technician. We scheduled the job and Morgan came out with everything needed to complete it in one afternoon. I later needed another copy of estimate and photographs for the Insurance company. They had all the documentation on file and emailed pronto. I would certainly use Hearthstone again for any roofing restoration!!

Communication was flawless. Morgan responded quickly to my initial request for an estimate and stayed in consistent contact. Morgan came out to provide a free estimate at our home. He was professional and courteous. Went up to the attic and the roof and identified the leak. Instead of doing a quick (but not permanent) fix , he suggested a better long term solution. We appreciate his honesty, and will certainly hire him when we have future needs.
