All in all had a fantastic experience with Port Baku Movers. We had 2 helpers who got here right on time, followed all our asks, and worked their butts off! I am pretty OCD and so having someone move my stuff is hard but I can happily say they did such a good job. Was clean and organized. They had to work around our half done floors and kept with the room coloring system pretty well. I have never felt such peace while moving so thank you so much! The only thing that wasn't the best was the request process. During the process of buying a house and moving it would be nice for a more black and white process. The request which was submitted way before we started to pack, had only asked for photos of our large specialty items. So when the movers got here they did not have enough support or time allocated. We ended up finishing the last bit of the move which was not ideal but wasn't going to take away from the work they did. Move of a logistical problem. My husband ended up throwing out his back finishing the move and we had to beg our landlord to give us more time.

Great experience. They responded to my request very quickly and answered my questions. The movers showed up on time and worked through the issues involved with moving some very heavy and big solid surface pieces to an upstairs bathroom. The shower pan in particular was ~340lbs and they were very helpful in making sure nothing was damaged and maneuvered the heavy piece in place on the floor so I could connect the drain. Well worth the cost for all the effort they put in.

Thank you so much for your help! I hired this team to help me move some furniture items and paintings from my 3rd floor apartment to an off-site storage facility. I had been trying to do it all myself but some things were just too heavy and bulky. The team was punctual and texted an hour before to let me know what time they would arrive. They worked quickly and efficiently and we were done with everything in less than 90 minutes. I am so thankful for their help, my new apartment finally feels like home instead of just a storage site!
