Chris and his team were great. We had two of our showers done. We were happy with the quality of the materials, the communication as well as the install team. If you are looking to remodel your bathrooms I highly recommend Chris and his team!

Chris came out to repair my daughters shower door. He was efficient and thorough and didnt try to sell me on anything I didnt need. When it comes time for a replacement, Blue Ridge Bath will be my first call! I highly recommend!

Wonderful company. Called to get an estimate and Chris came out assist me with my needs. He was wonderful, he never tried to talk me into something I didnt want. He showed me what tiles, textures and other misc items . After deciding on the design he wrote me an estimate to show m husband that night. It was more than an estimate it was a step b step of the whole constructions job. We agreed on a very reasonable price and order the supplies. When the day came to iinstal my new walk in tub Chris showed up on time as promised with 3 other employees. The shower was in installed efficiently, neatly and in one day. Chris kept checking by to make sure everything was ok. At the end of the day the beautiful shower was installed and the tacky step in tub was gone. They cleaned up not only the bathroom but the hallway also. All I can say is dont waste your time or money on one of the big name companys. They overcharge and waste your time. Call Chris and tell him to give you the works. It will be more than worth it. Best company I have dealt with in a very long time. I just wish all companies operate like Blue Ridge. They have pride in work, integrity and the greatess people skills ever. Oh yea, they do AAAAA work!!!!!!!!!!!!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer monthly promotions throughout the year, (currently running 50% OFF install) and we offer a separate 5% OFF discount for Seniors, Teachers, Military, and First Responders.
We have various ways to pay for our projects including tons of different monthly budget plan options from $129/month to No Payment/No Interest until 2027 type plans.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Blue Ridge Bath Company will make a site visit around your schedule, (Monday thru Saturday). We will first and foremost establish with you exactly what you're looking to accomplish for your space, and honor the vision you have. Next, we'll take measurements and pictures of your shower or bathtub space and run through all your different options and selections available to you. Upon agreement we will install your new shower or bathtub space in 3-4 weeks from signing an agreement and we will complete installation in 1 day.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have over 20 years experience in the industry working in the Northern Virginia area. The manufacturer we choose to work with is Bath Concepts out of Libertyville, Illinois and we've completed their product training/installation certification programs as well. All of our install crews have hundreds of installations under their belt which is why we warranty our labor for as long as you own the home.
