Edwin replaced a few floor tiles for me after I had a washer leak. Simple job, so I sent him a picture of the tiles and materials I bought and he was able to give me a quote over messages and got it done in a few hours. Very responsive, fast, and great price for such a small project.

Mr. Edwin did a great job! The tiles are well done! Very professional looking. He also cleaned up the work area well. I just felt like we needed more time to asses the scope of the job. I ended up paying more than the original estimate because I had to get more tiles and have him return another day to finish the job. One criticism for future projects is to go visit the job site first before the work begins and take some measurements and discuss with the person what supplies they already have and what they will still need in order to get the job completed. That way starting from the beginning, there are no unexpected issues. Best of luck to you!

My prices are based on based on the size of the project and will all depends on the material that will be used and the time frame that will take to finish the job.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First I would like to give them an estimate by going to the job place to see what needs to be done ,meet the customers and based on the job description I would recommend and advice best materials that can work so in the future the customer won’t have any issues and leave the job very well done.
