Never, Ever. You need to hire another contractors after him to finish all the parts with right way and he forgot to do. Because he doesnot have enough exprince for bathroom tiles. I find out he didnot use enough tile adhesive behind the tiles too.. Our Balcony was only a few steps away from bathroom, but he had cut all the tiles inside the unit with power tools. So I have to pay $ 400 for deep cleaning to remove all te dust.

The owner sent his brother who does not know one word of english, he struggled to convey why the tile and grout cleaning would not look “brand new” or even significantly better. Horrible experience. I expect that the person I agreed to do a job would at least send someone who could communicate with a new client. I tried to use google translate but just frustrated both of us. Steer clear of this company. Additionally, just brought some strong cleaner and a brush, no mop to clean…

Ah, this frown, I told him that his floor is well penetrated with dirt, which I tried to remove with several products and it didn't come off 100%, but I gave him another alternative, I'll trust the floor with the thickness, but he got upset.
