- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Prices are basically standard in this field, what it makes the difference is the measurement of square footage on every job, that's what determinate the final price.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Listen to the potential customers about what's the problem and concerns of it, then identify potential situations based on customers information, proper equipment to check moisture/ humidity, etc. Everything is depending on the problem for I was called for.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
1- Water Damages. 2- Mold Remidiation. 3- Fire/Smoke Damages. 4- Odor Control. 5- Trauma and Crime scene cleanup. 6-Air Ducts Cleaning. 7- Furnace ( Blower and coil) Cleaning. 8- Dryer Vent Cleaning. 9- Carpet cleaning. 10- Carpet Installation and Repair. 11- Upholstery Cleaning. 12- Ceramic tile and grout Cleaning. 13- Waterproofing ( outside ). 14- French Drain system ( Inside ).
