Ernesto is very honest and intelligent. In my case, there were a couple questions that he didn't know the answers to immediately (warranty replacement for a part, wiring for a system he hasn't worked with much), but he worked through the issues logically and completed my repair. I'd hire him again without hesitation.

Ernesto responded quickly to my request and was able to schedule the appointment based on my availability. He corrected the wiring for the thermostat but figured out that our HVAC fan was not working properly. He took his time to figure out what the problem is and recommended us contacting the company since it would be covered under warranty. He was very thorough with his work.

Salvation Home Service provides a hassle free service for our current and new customers. One of our team members will set up an initial home visit to determine exactly what needs to be done. From there, we will discuss the process and come up with the best price according to the potential customer's budget, brands or preferences.
