Ernesto was awesome. Clearly was an expert at his craft and was able to answer any questions I had and provide recommendations on how to maximize the use of our systems. He installed two nests for me that are now working flawlessly in addition to the routine maintenance. Any time I've used larger companies I always get hidden charges and attempts to up sell me on additional services. I didn't get that feeling with Ernesto at all. He will be my go to guy for plumbing and HVAC needs moving forward.

Ernesto responded to my request for service quickly, arrived on time, fixed the toilet , left the worksite clean, educated me on the root cause of the problem, and what I would need to do in the future to prevent the problem from reoccurring. Ernesto did an outstanding job installing a new vanity w/faucet in a bathroom, replacing a toilet, and installing a new shutoff valve. He showed up on time and made sure that there were no leaks after his plumbing work. I would hire him again.

Ernesto is very honest and intelligent. In my case, there were a couple questions that he didn't know the answers to immediately (warranty replacement for a part, wiring for a system he hasn't worked with much), but he worked through the issues logically and completed my repair. I'd hire him again without hesitation.

Pricing is determined by the type of service required,
The total price includes the following:
- Cost of the new system and parts/materials needed for the job
- Labor ( the time it takes to remove and install the new system
We also provide repair service and maintenance. Contact us for your annual (Spring and Fall) maintenance needs.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Salvation Home Service provides a hassle free service for our current and new customers. One of our team members will set up an initial home visit to determine exactly what needs to be done. From there, we will discuss the process and come up with the best price according to the potential customer's budget, brands or preferences.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have extensive hands-on, field training experience, along with the education required to gain certification as an HVAC Mechanic
