Ernesto is very honest and intelligent. In my case, there were a couple questions that he didn't know the answers to immediately (warranty replacement for a part, wiring for a system he hasn't worked with much), but he worked through the issues logically and completed my repair. I'd hire him again without hesitation.

Ernesto responded to my request for service quickly, arrived on time, fixed the toilet , left the worksite clean, educated me on the root cause of the problem, and what I would need to do in the future to prevent the problem from reoccurring. I would definitely contact him again for any plumbing repairs we may need.

Ernesto was awesome. Clearly was an expert at his craft and was able to answer any questions I had and provide recommendations on how to maximize the use of our systems. He installed two nests for me that are now working flawlessly in addition to the routine maintenance. Any time I've used larger companies I always get hidden charges and attempts to up sell me on additional services. I didn't get that feeling with Ernesto at all. He will be my go to guy for plumbing and HVAC needs moving forward.

Salvation Home Service provides a hassle free service for our current and new customers. One of our team members will set up an initial home visit to determine exactly what needs to be done. From there, we will discuss the process and come up with the best price according to the potential customer's budget, brands or preferences.
