MW Maintenance responded within 20 minutes of my message being placed on Thumbtack. He called as I specified in my message and we set an appointment for that afternoon. MW was professional in explaining every aspect of the maintenance. He explained and showed the problem with the dryer. In addition, he investigated to determine what caused the breakdown of the dryer in the first place. A fuse had blown to prevent the dryer from heating and drying clothes properly. The hose was also badly crimped (which he properly installed). I valued his expertise and professionalism in handling the maintenance. The dryer was cleaned and tested thoroughly. As a customer, I felt secure in knowing that I was treated well. MW was friendly and knowledgeable about his business. He took time to explain his actions, but was timely in completing the job.

Mario was very responsive throughout the process and arrived on time. When he arrived , he was able to identify the issue I was having with my refrigerator immediately. I needed a specific part that he returned with the following day to install. I would use him again if I have any additional appliance issues.
