I had an issue with my Whirlpool washer that wouldn’t start, so I contacted MW Appliances and Mario responded very quickly. Mario was great. He was extremely responsive and able to come out right away. He thoroughly diagnosed the problem and determined that both the control board and the control panel had failed. After discussing the situation, I decided not to move forward with the repair since there were additional issues with the whirlpool washer and it didn’t make sense for me to invest further in repairing the unit. Thank you, Mario, for your prompt response and helping to diagnose the problems
