Greet the customer and treat them like a long time friend. Discuss all relevant details about the project and be open and transparent about all details. Go above and beyond to make the customer feel valued.

Over 30 years experience in all facets of home repairs and remodels. I started building houses with my family when I was 13. I have decades of experience. There is nothing I can't do.
