FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My sessions start at $300 for portrait sessions and that does include locations up to 50 miles away as well as high resolution images and a gallery app. My boudoir sessions start at $400 and are the full experience including professional hair and makeup, access to my client closet, the session and an in person image reveal session. I have a studio dedicated to boudoir and offer the option for on location as well.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When I work with a new client, I typically meet them the day of their session although I am always up for meeting over coffee in town. When you come in for your boudoir session, you go straight into hair & make up where we chat and get to know each other. After hair & make up, it's time to finalize wardrobe decisions and start posing you head to toe while making jokes the whole time. For portrait sessions, we start with the more posed images, and get a good variety, and then we move into less posed, more YOU images.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
In addition to my degree in Photographic Technologies, I've also attending photography workshops, classes and meet ups to perfect my craft. I spend a lot of time experimenting with new techniques and equipment to really give my clients something a bit more than they can get anywhere else.
