I originally booked a different company and was given an actual arrival time. When I called the company a week prior to the scheduled date to confirm the arrival time, I was instead told that I would have a 4-hour arrival window. NOPE. I had been very clear that I needed the service provided on a particular date and time (I was moving out and had tenants moving in later that day), and the scheduler had told me that the service would arrive on that day and at that time. Not during a 4-hour window of time. So, they weren't getting my business anymore. I immediately opened a Thumbtack project to find another carpet cleaner, as I needed the cleaner to arrive on a specific date and time. CARPET PRESS TO THE RESCUE! I appreciate the fact that this company is owned by an individual, isn't a franchise, and that the owner himself contacted me to get things scheduled. He arrived on time and had the job done in an hour as promised. My carpet and stairs looked fabulous when he was finished! My only regret is that I didn't have the carpets cleaned sooner. Hire Tim. Do it now. It will be the best choice you could make for your carpets and your sanity.

Tim did an awesome job! He arrived on time, was pleasant, finished the job rather quickly, and the carpet looks great. I wish I could hire him again but I'm moving out of state.

He was prompt, thoughtful, and cleaned the carpet including stains beautifully. I noticed a little dirt he missed with the vacuum along the edge of the room before he left and he did not hesitate to finish the job to my satisfaction.

Single bed room carpet cleaning. Was on time. My carpet now looks cleaner then when i moved in. All the stains removed, Was very pleased with the job he did. Very good price also. Was nice guy.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We are really big on customer service. That's what we believe really separates us from most cleaners. We follow a 7 step process: Pre-Inspection, Pre-Vacuum, Pre-Spray, Rinse, Extraction, Spot Treatment, Post-Inspection.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
CarpetPress is a new company, but not new to carpet cleaning. Tim the owner, previously held certification from the IICRC which is an organization that test the competency of a carpet cleaning professional.
