Bill was absolutely great. We hadn’t had our carpetscleaned for 4 years after moving by in and they were in dire need of cleaning. He was prompt and responsive and even accommodated a last minute need to reschedule on my end due to an unexpected work obligation. When he did come he answered all my questions, explained optional add-ons in a way that wasn’t pushy, and he completed the work quickly cleaning up any residual moisture before he left. The carpets look amazing and I will definitely be having him back frequently to keep on top of them going forward.

Bill is lifesaver! I had everything perfectly organized for a stressful move. I hired cleaners that said they would clean the carpets, but meant they only vacuum. All pricing actually depends on the type and size of the job.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I typically offer to do a free estimate either on phone or on site and once its approved by the customer, I'll go ahead to schedule a time that's most convenient for the customer to do the job because my Customers SATISFACTION Is My Priority.
