Our AC went out just as the Summer weather was about to hit. We first called OHA and had to pay an inspection fee and were told both our units where pretty much shot. They wanted 22k. That was just for units and installation. This didn't include the major duct overhaul, rewiring, and everything else they said was wrong with our systems.We wanted a second opinion and are so glad we did. BTS came out for a free inspection, to let us know that things weren't nearly as bad as OHA had made it out to be. They quoted us for HALF of what was previously quoted. This included two new units, installation, and fixing the duct work. They also did tons of other things I am not capable of understanding enough to list.Not only were their prices amazing, their work and staff were too. Nelson and his crew went above and beyond for us. They spent two days getting it all done and worked extra hours to ensure it was done by when they said it would be. We had issues with our old thermostat and Nelson spent his time to call in for a new one at no cost to us. All the guys were also very friendly and patient with my wild child running all over the place asking them all sorts of questions. They took the time to answer all of his questions and even let him "help". Hands down the best and most family friendly service I have come across.

Nelson came by and not only was he on time but he was a super nice guy. He didnt try to sell us something that we didnt need and he was very professional. Good honest companies are hard to find, so I highly recommend dealing with brothers Trade services. You wont regret it.
