We are based in Stafford, VA and serve all of Northern Virginia. Honest HVAC was founded on the values of unconditional integrity and unmatched customer service. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Honest HVAC offers a 10% discount to ALL veterans, law enforcement officers, firemen and firewomen. At Honest HVAC we use a flat rate pricing system. All of our pricing is upfront, and we will ask for your approval before doing anything that will cost you money.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
******************************************************* ********************************************** After discussing your needs we will schedule a time convenient for you to perform your HVAC maintenance, diagnosis, or free estimate. Upon completion we will provide you with any recommendations to improve your systems performance and lifespan, or provide you an estimate for whatever you may need.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I completed an associates degree program for HVAC at Northern Virginia Community College over 10 years ago. Since then I have obtained my EPA certification, NATE certification and HVAC Masters license. I am certified by many of the top HVAC manufacturers to include Amana's Inverter program as well as numerous HVAC related products such as Gastite flexible gas lines and more. I have consistently been involved both in training and in training others to stay update on the ever changing HVAC field.
