AC wasn't blowing cold. Tech arrived on time on a Sunday with 12 hrs notice. Diagnosed problem quickly and did extra work to flush the system at no extra charge. Great job

John arrived the same day when we put our request in via Thumbtack. He was very professional and made sure everything was working properly. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Yes we have a flat rate Pricing Guide for service repairs and replacement equipment options. We offer 20% discount offers to Service Contract members for service repairs and 10% on equipment replacement. As well as, Military, Senior Citizens and Government discounts.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process for working with a new customer is to receive as much information from the customer about the problem(s), analysis the issue to determine the best resolve and provide a solution.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in the career of HVAC for 16 years and completed several trainings in Business Ethics & Senior Care, Air Time 500 Technical Excellence and NATE certification for residential applications. That includes gas, heat pumps, A/C and installation. I also have knowledge in building codes, and management of large scale projects.
