Arrived within the time period that was scheduled. Very professional. Quick. Even cleaned my neighbor's dryer vent also even though she did not have a scheduled appointment. She asked and it was done. I am very satisfied with the service.

Scott was super helpful on the phone and sent Gary to clean my dryer vent and inspect the chimney. Gary ran into a bigger issue with the dryer and couldn't complete the work, but called and explained fully what needed to be done. He also inspected my chimney for free. Excellent company and service.

Very pleased with the work - where others wanted to charge me for removing the glaze at the top of the chimeny, Gary recommended buying a product from the local hardware store that would gradually help remove it over the next couple of years when I have them come back out for the annual cleaning. I will definitely be using them in the future. Thank you!!

SNG was very responsive when contacted, and they provided a reasonable quote for service. They arrived within their stated timeframe, and the cleaning & inspection services were performed promptly and professionally. They were very mindful about prepping for their work to keep from getting any dirt or debris tracked or scattered in the house. They charged exactly what they quoted they would charge. I can't think of anything they could have done better!
