FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We strive to get to know as much about our customers, so that we can assist them better. We do this by talking to them and sending them a questionnaire about their needs. We also will make ourselves available to answer any questions that they might have about the class.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
One of the great things about teaching CPR is the continuing education that we receive and take advantage of. As instructors we are monitored teaching every two years! We are also tested on our own CPR skills every two years as well. We stay current and up to date on the latest AHA guidelines changes, cardiovascular care insights and much more.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Breathe 4 Me CPR Training is a family business. It is comprised of a husband and wife partnership. One has many years in pre-hospital and in facility care. While the other has a degree in teaching students on all levels including universities. So, we decided to combine our experiences to further help and reach communities.
