Not only did they find and resolve the source of my electrical issue, an overall evaluation (and education) was given on the wiring throughout the house. Recommendation were given without upselling! My technician was courteous and respectful, arrived when promised and did a thorough job! The price was reasonable and accepted multiple forms of payment.

I needed immediate electrical work done and he called me back the same day and came over first thing in the morning. He fixed my initial problem and also found and found another existing problem and was able to resolve that issue. Also repaired any holes he had to make in my walls and painted them back very well! O couldnt tell he even made a hole there but took pics as proof. Pricing was pretty good and was willing to work with me on that! Outstanding Service!!

I hired Cesar Guzman to tackle what I thought would be two straight forward tasks for a 2021 custom shed built, reinforce the door hinges and repair or replace the roof shingles. After Cesars assessment, it was determined that the roof was never properly built to slope and water was pooling in the center and coming through to the interior. Cesar came up with a solution to redesign the roof so it would drain towards the front and and prevent standing water. He also enhanced the storage unit with metal roofing sheets in place of shingles. Cesar was upfront about what could or could not be done to fix the issues and worked very hard to find the solution, fix the problems, and was very fair and timely throughout the project.
