- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We believe in fair, transparent pricing with no surprises. Many projects can be quoted from photos, while larger jobs may require an on-site estimate. Materials are billed at cost, and we'll always explain the work before we begin. We also proudly offer a 10% discount to military veterans.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start by learning about your project and, whenever possible, reviewing photos to provide an accurate estimate. Once scheduled, we communicate clearly before arrival, show up on time, complete the work with attention to detail, and clean up before we leave. Our goal is to make the process simple from start to finish.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My experience comes from years of hands-on home repair, carpentry, drywall, fixture installation, assembly, and property maintenance. I continue learning new techniques, invest in professional-grade tools, and focus on doing the job correctly rather than taking shortcuts.
