We are extremely grateful for Rich’s knowledge and professionalism. He conducted two home inspections for us during our new home construction. He found several issues that our builder addressed prior to settlement. We are extremely grateful for his willingness to communicate directly with the vendor and provide quality, detailed inspection notes.
