Introduction: Staging quotes are available only after viewing the property however, if online photos are available, this restriction can be negotiated. Our bids are complimentary, advising for specific staging recommendation starts at $175.00 for an in depth two hour consultation. Vacant Stagings start at $825 for staging with a minimum of $650 per month furniture rental. The joy on clients faces when the project is completed! Often when I am invited back for social gatherings it is tremendously rewarding to hear how the design changes improved the family dynamic of the household. Typically I hear about more entertaining, children inviting friends over more, family time in gathering spaces instead of retreating to respective rooms and so forth. It is the cherry on top of my design work. For my staging work it is obvious that getting homes sold expediently benefits all parties involved with the transaction.

I called Donna in May, 2013, to help me with decisions regarding remodeling my kitchen and bathroom, repainting my condominium, and getting new drapes for my living room, dining room and bedroom. Donna did a tremendous amount of research (on line and on foot) to present me with suggestions for all of my needs. She brought numerous samples of drapery and cushion material and paint chips for me to choose from. She worked tirelessly to please me and help me stay within my budget. I am so pleased with all the suggestions Donna made. We went shopping together for frames for some prints and Donna framed the prints and hung them, making a very attractive arrangement above my bed. After the walls were painted, she hung most of my other paintings as well. I first contacted Donna in May of 2013 and the last work was completed in February 2014. However, this is not because of any delay on Donnas part. The contractor was late starting to remodel my kitchen and didnt finish until late August. Then I had painting done. I also took time out when I was expecting guests or when I went out of town. Donna is very professional, creative, and hard-working. She not only stands behind her work, but that of contractors she recommends as well (e.g., painter and drapery maker). I recommend her highly.

Donna, Thank you for all your hardwork and dedication. You definitely proved to me that a professionally staged home gets you great results! After having a home listed for over 60 days, I got an offer in just 10 days after you staged the home. I was happy but my clients were even happier. Donna is responsive, easy to work with, open to ideas and also brings lots of fresh and unexpected ideas. She can work with a lot of your existing furniture and stay on budget and also think big. Will be working with her again soon!!

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
When selecting a home stylist/home stager be certain to ask for references. If you are looking to stage your home for sale, ask not only for references from the homeowners but from the Realtors as well. You will want to make sure the home stager has a excellent working relationship with the Real Estate community. Ask to see a portfolio of their work or view their website. If possible, visit one of their current staged residences. It is always best to verify references and ask for credentials upfront. Staged 4 Success will provide a copy of their business liability insurance binder as well as a copy of their county license at every introductory meeting.
