- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
DistinctHD will always be as competitive as possible. We will not be the cheapest or the most expensive but we will exceed your expectations and give you much more than you paid for.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
-We will determine each customers specific needs -Work with the customer to determine if what they want makes sense. -Quote a price that is fair and that we can honor, -Perform the agreed upon work -Follow up with every customer every time to ensure everything went better than expected.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Combined we have thousands of hours of training and certifications. We are certified and or highly trained with DIRECTV, Dish Network, ELAN (Smart Home), Category Cable, Coax, Security, Access Control, and CCTV. Most importantly we have years of experience in the fields we offer.
