Clayton is responsive and helpful to no end. My first point of contact with him was via email. I expected a response within the first 24 to 48 hours. To my pleasant surprise Clayton responded within the hour. My hotel needed all televisions programmed and needed additional add-ons that were difficult to say the least. While I had not a clue where to begin, Clayton's ability to communicate and evaluate the situation was spot on. We communicated for at least a month from beginning to completion of the job that needed to be done. (Part of that time was waiting for approval from my end on the project.) He was consistent with is response time throughout the entire project. While the job has been completed I feel confident that I can contact Clayton for any future questions and I will receive the same consistent response time and professional performance.

I used DistinctHD to mount our 47' television as a surprise for my husband. Clayton was amazing! The television looks great on the wall and my husband was totally pleased and surprised! The work was done quickly and with perfection. He measured everything before drilling any holes he made sure the weight of the TV would hold before even attempting to mount the TV. When he was finished with the job he made sure everything was cleaned up and the area looked just as clean as it was when he got there. It isn't always easy to trust others to come into your home and start drilling holes into your walls. But I can promise you, Clayton will treat your home as his own. He was extremely informative and told me everything that was done. He even helped me with a problem I was having with my refrigerator, something he didn't have to do. My husband and I are already planning to have another TV mounted! :-)

These guys were amazing...they came in and installed a security system, cameras and while onsite ended up mounting a couple tvs and we are in the process of installing a home automation system and sound system throughout our home...DistinctHD's prices and quality are unmatched and I strongly recommend them for all of your home electronic needs...Roger

Combined we have thousands of hours of training and certifications. We are certified and or highly trained with DIRECTV, Dish Network, ELAN (Smart Home), Category Cable, Coax, Security, Access Control, and CCTV. Most importantly we have years of experience in the fields we offer.
