Oscar made it so easy. He deserves credit from Thumbtack, he and his wife were truly the best first impression I could have using the app. Preparing to sell, I reached out to Immersive Painting and a few other companies using Thumbtack. At the same time I was seeking cleaning services and reached out to a few of those as well. Two companies responded immediately, ready to discuss details and a time to come see the work. I had a tremendous amount listed on my "honey do" list as I'd lived in my 2 level condo for 10 years. I knew it was going to cost me and I knew it would take time but... Turns out Immersive Painting and Genesis Cleaning are actually Oscar and his wife Kenia. No joke, I couldn't have felt more at ease. They were there that evening, got a quote a couple of hours later and work literally began the next day. Oscar did not try to upsell and gave me very very competitive estimates. I likely saved $1500.00 hiring both companies at the same time and I truly could not be happier with the work. My realtor did a walk through yesterday and was blown away stating I was a selling realtor's dream. I told her I left it in the capable hands of Oscar and Kenia, they truly pulled through for me! *Dry wall repair * replacement of smoke detectors * repainting of all ceilings, walls, and TRIM, even a few of the doors that needed it. *power washing Top to bottom deep clean, to include all appliances and even below, behind, and above the washer and dryer!

We give customers one price for the project, and that is it, unless of course more rooms are added to paint.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Immersive painting we have been customer service business for many years. First thing is listening to our clients needs, we will meet and go over the scope of work and develop and plan to getting the project completed.

I worked with my father for many years where I crafted all my skills .
