These guys are amazing! I always thought that all painting was the same, well, I was wrong. After hiring other painters through thumbtack as usual I went with the lowest price thinking it was all the same. The previous contractors I hired damaged my floors and the work looked sloppy, the previous contractors didn't even finish the work and would up charge any chance they got. I hired Your Contractor to clean up the previous contractors work and paint additional rooms. I am so glad I found these guys. I now have my go to painter. They did a beautiful job! All the cuts they did are so sharp and the wall color looks deeper and richer then my other walls, whatever they did, it works. I would highly recommended these guys! Learn from my mistake, you really do get what you pay for.

My wife and I had a great experience working with Erick. He did great work on several projects in our house -- finishing the garage, painting rooms, and installing a kitchen backsplash. We were initially looking just to do some work in the garage, but were so impressed with the quality of Erick’s work and his commitment to doing everything to very high standards that we asked him if he could do the other projects -- and expect we'll do that again in the future. Here were some things that stood out the most: -- Transparent and helpful. Erick provided detailed explanations about cost; sent photos of paint or products from past projects so we could see different options; and always explained things like why a particular paint or caulk or some other product would or wouldn't work well and how they would affect cost. We made choices about all those things and never felt like we were being pressured into anything. -- Highly responsive. Some contractors who gave us estimates were slow to respond. Erick would almost always text or email back right away. That helped not only as we were making decisions on the front end about cost and materials, but also when we needed reassurance that we hadn't picked something dumb or just wanted to make sure we understood the schedule for the next day. -- Careful and clean. The paint applied in several rooms -- including three with high ceilings -- has sharp lines and looks great. The backsplash is carefully measured and straight. Erick was a perfectionist about little things like smoothing the ceiling in the garage and making sure the caulk lines above the backsplash were sharp. He noticed and pointed out little imperfections that we didn’t notice ourselves and then fixed them. And when each job was done, our house was actually cleaner than when we started. Erick carefully covered floors and furniture, cleaned kitchen surfaces, and swept and vacuumed. We had a great experience!

Erick and his team did an amazing job painting the very high walls in our home. Their work was meticulous and lines were sharp! They cleaned up every day ( 5 days of work) and were very thoughtful of our children's safety and well being, putting up tape and telling us to avoid small dangers. We would hire them again for sure!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We specialize in kitchen/bath renovations and additions. Our estimate include a 3D rendered design which takes hours to complete. Please have a budget in mind for your project. This allows us to notify you if your budget is allowable with what your seeking or if we can not complete the project within your budget. After reviewing your project, if your budget is acceptable for the amount of work required, we will create a detailed proposal with a 3D rendering of your kitchen, bath or addition!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first step is to schedule a day/time which to meet. Please have a budget in mind prior to meeting. During our meeting, we will take measurements of your kitchen/bath or space. We will do our best to ask as many questions as possible in order to understand your goals/exceptions which will then be reflected in our proposal. Our proposal will also include allowances set for items such countertops, sinks, faucets, tiles, vanities, etc. You can keep track of our all your selections online at your own customized website. On your projects website you will be able to view payments, progress reports, schedules, etc. Your proposal will also include a 3D rendering of your space, the rendering takes a few hours to create which is why we ask clients to have a budget in mind, this allows us to focus on creating a design specifically tailored to your budget.

We are a class A licensed and insured contractor! We also provide Autocad, Chief Architect and/or 2020 3D rendered designs for bathroom and kitchen remodeling.
