I called at around 1 pm on a weekday to inquire about getting new doorknobs and locks installed on both our front and back doors. Within minutes I was connected to a technician who showed up an hour later, and completed the job beautifully within another hour. Very pleased!

We locked ourselves out of the house. We submitted a request for quote via thumbtack and literally got a call within 90 seconds. The locksmith arrived about 45 minutes later. He worked quickly (it wasn’t his fault the lock had a bit of an attitude) and ended with bonus advice on how to make our doors more secure. 100% worth the reasonable fees, 100% recommend. Ali delivered on a job I had for him to change out 6 locks during a tight window of when I was turning over tenants at my rental property. We ran into an issue of one of the locks being older and he coordinated a second technician to come out to ensure the lock was rekeyed. This shows a great deal of professionalism and commitment to this work.
