- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When a new customer contacts Bland’s Enterprise, LLC, I begin with a brief consultation to understand their specific needs and goals. From there, I outline clear next steps, provide a quote, and schedule the service. I maintain open communication throughout to ensure each client is satisfied from start to finish.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 25 years of experience in healthcare, emergency services, instruction, and leadership. I served as a Nationally Registered Paramedic (NREMT-P) with advanced certifications in Prehospital Trauma Life Support (PHTLS), International Trauma Life Support (ITLS), and Critical Care Paramedic (CCP). I also operated a CPR and First Aid training center for nearly 30 years and taught courses in ACLS, PALS, and EMT. Since transitioning from the medical field, I’ve focused on administrative services, notary work, and business consulting. I am a Certified Loan Signing Agent, a commissioned Notary Public, and a certified Remote Online Notary (RON). I own two businesses and two nonprofit organizations. Through this work, I continue to apply my knowledge, professionalism, and attention to detail to support individuals, businesses, and communities.
