Made by Madden Event Coordination provide three different options and if one of the three options don't work, I am willing to talk about what you are looking for and we can come up with a solution. The three options are: Gold Package: Full Planning and Coordination starting at $4,750.00 The Full Planning and Coordination Package provides comprehensive support from the beginning of the planning process through the completion of the event. Made by Madden will work closely with you to understand your vision, priorities, style, and budget. Services may include planning timelines, vendor research, vendor communication, venue coordination, décor guidance, event logistics, scheduling, setup planning, and complete event-day coordination. This package is ideal for clients who want consistent guidance throughout the entire planning process. From the first ideas to the final celebration, Made by Madden will help manage the details, keep the planning process organized, and create an event that feels personal, polished, and memorable. Silver Package: Partial Planning and Coordination starting at $2,750.00 The Partial Planning and Coordination Package is ideal for clients who have already started planning but need additional guidance, organization, and professional support to bring everything together. Made by Madden will review the plans you already have in place, identify any remaining needs, assist with selected vendors, help organize timelines and logistics, and provide support with final decisions. This package may also include guidance with décor planning, event flow, vendor communication, setup details, and other areas where you need extra assistance. Partial planning gives you the freedom to remain involved in your event while receiving the support needed to reduce stress, stay on track, and create a cohesive celebration. Bronze Package: Day-of Wedding Coordination starting at $1,250 The Day-of Wedding Coordination Package is designed for couples who have planned their wedding but want a professional to manage the final details and oversee the wedding day. In the weeks leading up to the wedding, Made by Madden will review your plans, confirm important details, communicate with vendors, and create a clear wedding-day timeline. On the day of the wedding, your coordinator will help manage the schedule, guide vendors, support the wedding party, oversee setup details, and handle unexpected concerns as they arise. This package allows you and your loved ones to be fully present and enjoy the celebration while Made by Madden keeps everything organized and running smoothly behind the scenes.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process begins with getting to know the customer, their vision, budget, priorities, and any special details they would like included. I ask questions to better understand the type of event they are planning and what kind of experience they want for themselves and their guests. From there, I create a personalized plan that may include venue research, vendor recommendations, décor ideas, timelines, budgeting, and coordination. I stay in regular communication throughout the planning process, provide updates, answer questions, and make adjustments as needed. As the event approaches, I confirm the final details with vendors, organize the schedule, and make sure everything is prepared. On the day of the event, I focus on keeping everything organized, handling unexpected concerns, and making sure the customer can relax and enjoy their special day.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have hands-on experience planning and coordinating a variety of special events, including weddings, baby showers, bridal showers, and multiple birthday celebrations. Through these experiences, I have developed skills in creating timelines, organizing décor and setup, communicating with vendors, managing schedules and budgets, handling last-minute changes, and making sure events run smoothly. I also have a background in social work and am completing my Master of Social Work degree. My education and professional experience have strengthened my communication, organization, problem-solving, crisis-management, and relationship-building skills. These skills are extremely valuable in event coordination because every event requires clear communication, attention to detail, flexibility, and the ability to remain calm under pressure. I continue to build my knowledge through event-planning research, vendor networking, hands-on experience, and learning current industry practices. My goal is to provide every client with dependable, thoughtful, and personalized support throughout their event-planning experience.
