- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Realtor commission is negotiable and I make recommendations to my clients based on what is in their best interest and situation. My Broker does not charge an admin fee like most Brokerages today.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
With new clients, our initial conversation is over the phone followed up with an in-person visit to introduce myself and see the property. During a listing appointment, I first listen to the clients' goals and needs in selling their home. We then tour the property, review comparable homes in the area that have sold, introduce my marketing plan, sign a listing agreement, and schedule a photographer and videographer prior to putting it on the market. During a buyer appointment, I help my clients figure out what their wants and needs are in the new home. We meet several times to review new properties until they make a decision and want to move forward. I attend ALL inspections, walk-through, and closings.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Real estate and helping people is my passion. I previously worked for the Drug Enforcement Administration for 9 years. I left DEA so that I could help my clients full time.
