Professional, courteous, respectful, upfront pricing, and timely !! Robert came to give an estimate, but completed both jobs (fix one toilet and install another) in about a couple of hours. He suggested upgrades and explained everything in detail. He provided upfront and sincere pricing. When asked about installing a storm door, he provided all details, along with pricing. That just makes it immensely easy for a customer to decide for rehires. We'll definitely hire his services again in the near future.

I would have chosen more than 5 areas to give a review. He was also very quick to respond and was here before expected. He charged WAYYYYY less than anyone else I had called to install our toilet. He had the toilet installed in less than 30 minutes and took the time to answer my questions about the job. We may need some work on other things and he had no problem looking at possible projects. We will be calling him again!!

Robby is a pleasure to work with, he is a professional and master of his trade. Very fair and reasonable price with a quick turn around. Recommended the best water heater and installed it over $500 below my other 2 quotes. I will definitely be calling Robby when other projects come up.

Robert arrived on time and was able to install the In-Sink Erator within a reasonable time and price. I liked the fact that he did not try to up-sell his services, and in fact initially proposed to fix the Erator for a cheaper price.
