- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer military and senior discount. We also offer a 5% discount if you complete multiple repairs or projects with us. It's our way to say thank you for choosing us. ALL ESTIMATES OVER $500 HAVE A FINANCING OPTION.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process begins with an initial consultation to understand the customer’s goals, scope, and budget. We then perform an on-site evaluation, provide a detailed written estimate, and review material options and timelines. Once approved, we handle obtaining materials as required, schedule the work, and complete the project to code with clear communication throughout. A final walkthrough is conducted to ensure satisfaction before close-out
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team has hands-on industry training and ongoing education in residential construction, exterior remodeling, and code-compliant installations. We stay current with local building codes, manufacturer installation requirements, and safety standards, and we complete product-specific training and certifications as required for the materials we install. We are Trex decking and James Hardie certified.
