Due to my own neglect from not closing and covering the pool last year, what was once a pool was quickly turning into a pond. Michael came out, educated me on what causes algae and simple ways to prevent it, then got right to work.
He came fully prepared and brought all of his own equipment, which prevented having to run all of the algae and debris through my pool system. I’ll admit, I was skeptical that he would be able to get it done the same day, not that he would be able to bring it back to clear, but skeptical about it being done in one visit as it was REALLY bad. I’ve opened the pool myself in previous years dealing with the same algae situation, but not quite as bad as this year and it took me days and an obnoxious amount of money spent on chemicals as advised by the local pool store.
Michael had it from green to clear in only about 3 hours, and that was with me constantly interrupting him and asking questions the whole time.
He was more than reasonably priced. He did not try to gouge or take advantage of the situation, just all-around honest guy.
Michael is polite, passionate about what he does, and extremely professional. He truly knows his stuff. In the 12 years of having this pool, this has been the most positive interaction and outcome I’ve had with any professional who serviced my pool.
I highly recommend Michael, or as I have appropriately renamed him, “The Pool Wizard.” You absolutely will not be disappointed!

He showed up, knew exactly what needed to be done, and handled it. No dragging things out. No confusion. No flakiness. Just confidence and real professionalism. That matters, because if you’ve dealt with other pool folks, you already know. Some of them leave you feeling nervous, unsure if they’ll follow through. Not Mike. He’s calm, focused, and clearly knows what he’s doing.
What really stood out is that he genuinely loves pools. He lives and breathes this stuff. Pool chemistry, cleaning systems, tech upgrades. He broke everything down in a way that made me feel informed without being overwhelmed. Even his origin story was inspiring. This isn’t just a job for him. This is his passion.
If you’ve been hesitant to reach out because of a bad experience or flaky service, this is your sign.

He answered all of my questions and even taught me things I didn’t know about maintaining my pool and I will definitely be having him back over the summer as well as to winterize in the fall
