TrueMount did an excellent job mounting 4 TVs in my new home. Very professional, was on time, precise and kind. I also liked that the cost included the mounts so it was one less thing I had to worry about (and cheap!).

Pros- Kevin was very responsive and easy to work with leading up to the job. They arrived on time around 3 pm and stayed until after 1 am mounting 5 of the 7 TVs. But it was late so they agreed to come back on another day to install the other two TVs and the roller shades which actually was our priority item on the list. I liked that he reduced the invoice to reflect the completed items only. We were very pleased with their work. They even offered to change out some of the dark colored extension cords on the next visit. We also had to get a few additional items to mount the balance two tvs so we agreed they would return in a few weeks to complete the rest of the job.
Cons -
1) After the job, we noticed they posted pictures of our mounted tvs on their profile without permission.
2) When I reached out to complete the next phase of the job, Kevin responded quickly but asked about which TVs remained. It had been a few weeks, so I quickly outlined what needed to be completed including switching out one of the mounted TVs with a new one we'd purchased in the kitchen. We also wanted them to still put up the rollershades which was always a priority but they wanted to start mounting the TVs first, so we agreed. I also reminded him that he'd offered to switch out the darker cord on one of the TVs. I also sent a picture telling him, we actually had what we needed to install the flush mounted Frame TV and I didn't need to purchase a new flush mount for the TV that was going in the kitchen originally, but was now being switched to the office to make the installations easier on them. In total it would have been about 6 tasks overall. Which we were prepared to pay for gladly as we trusted their work.
3) They were also going to leave gaping holes behind the TVs where the vords were threaded through. I had to let them know I've had TVs mounted before and there were cord covers for that as they're typically sold in sets for that purpose. Just because it wouldn't be seen, doesn't mean that it shouldn't have been covered for a clean finish. So I had to run out to get three more sets, which I didn't mind doing so they could continue working.
4) However, after agreeing to come back on May 30, 2026, he ghosted me. I have not received a response from him at all. It's very disappointing as we felt they did a wonderful job. Even with posting photos of the home without permision, we were prepared to give a 5 star rating. But the lack of response to come back and follow up on the previously agreed upon tasks is poor customer service.
If they were no longer interested or were no longer able to come, they could have just stated so. They would have been the professional and courteous thing to do.
I even held off on giving a public review because as a business owner myself, I wanted to give him a chance to do the right thing. I do hope he's ok and doing well because maybe something happened and he's unable to respond. Otherwise, it's not a good look.
I even have others asking for his information for work in their home, but I cannot recommend them after being ghosted with incomplete tasks as originally requested.
