- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Each job is somewhat different so we like to take a look but we can provide a rough estimate over the phone to see if we're on the same page. We encourage customers to use technology through texts and/or emails. Pictures really are worth a thousand words!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Talk to the customer via text, email, or a phone conversation to discuss their problem and determine the best time in their schedule for us to come take a look.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Master Plumber, State Licensed Backflow Mechanic, 20 plus years in the field in all areas of the trade with the paperwork to back it up.
