Our water softener seemed like it was starting to act up and we engaged Roy Hager to propose a solution. He installed a system that came with a separate carbon filter, which the previous water softener did not have, i.e., everything just went through the resin bed. The new system has a separate carbon filter and resin bed, appears to be more efficient, and uses less salt. Roy also provided a water filter that is installed under the kitchen sink so we no longer need a separate water filter pitcher.
Overall we found Roy a pleasure to work with. He was responsive, professional, and willing answered questions that we had before making our decision to replace the system. If you're interested in installing or replacing a water softener, we recommend Roy Hager.

I cannot say enough good things about HydraLux. From start to finish, the entire experience was outstanding. They installed a whole-house water filtration system for me and exceeded my expectations in every way.

I spoke with maybe 4 or 5 watertreatment companies and HydraLux was the only one willing to provide me an estimate without the bureaucracy. Roy was very knowledgeable and saved us money on installing equipment that wasn’t necessary for our home. We offer free on-site water testing. Our pricing is competitive and we offer discounts.

We start with a free, no pressure, water test to identify your specific needs. We then work with our client to design a custom, competitively priced solution. Our installs are typically complete within a week from time of testing. We are always available for questions, perform a follow up system check two weeks after install, and yearly service calls.
