Greetings, I am Pastor E. Todd Stubblefield; the Senior Pastor of “In His Glory Christian Ministries” in Alexandria, Va. and “Dean Divers Baptist Church” in Manassas, Va. I am also the Staff Chaplain for the city of Alexandria Sheriff’s Office. Having been blessed to celebrate 33 years of marriage this past June 2024 to my college sweetheart and brown sugar, I understand and know the importance and value of those two words at the end of those traditional vows - I do. I truly believe in the sanctity, fidelity and prosperity of marriage. With that said, if you bless me with the opportunity to officiate your wedding, I look forward to spending some time with you premaritally to talk about this next chapter of your lives; and assisting you with the preparations of setting up your wedding. Pastor Stubblefield officiated my wedding September 2024. He is very charming, easy to talk to, and you can tell her loves what he does. He’s been officiating weddings since 1997, the year I was born! He was willing to take calls even on vacation to get to know us before the wedding. Overall we are very happy with his service. If I had one bit of criticism it would be that the details I asked for that were off script for him (stepping out of the way during the kiss, making a specific announcement before the ceremony, etc) did not happen. I think if we had had time to talk before the wedding he would have been more attentive to details, however his preparatory call was the night before the wedding and I was at my rehearsal dinner so we didn’t have a chance to run through the wedding ceremony until like 30 minutes before the ceremony. He showed up early and was able to use his experience to smooth out any mishaps that happened during the ceremony so again very pleased, just make sure you hammer out the details before wedding day!
