Lisa and her team were wonderful to work with. From the beginning she was always available to discuss options and next steps. We could reach her by phone, text and e-mail throughout the process. We were also able to work around our family's vacation schedule so that we would be home for the whole project. The result is above our expectations and really transformed our outdated bathroom into a space we truly enjoy.

Had 2 rooms, a kitchen and a bathroom that needed work. The kitchen floor was buckling and the bathroom floor was ugly. Lisa recommended vinyl planking which solved both problems. This is the 2nd job with Transitions and have been pleased to work with them.

So far, so good. Lisa was very helpful and flexible about scheduling when products didn't arrive in time. When we did schedule remodeling the half-bath, her husband did a great job and still managed to do the job in two days, rather than three as anticipated. The big job, the full bath remodel is coming up next.

Working with Lisa and the crew from Transitions was a pleasure. Lisa was very flexible about how we would approach the project, in terms of who would purchase what. She worked with me on trying to save money--although I'll confess that I spent more than I'd planned, but that was me, not her. She went with me to look at tile and recommended vendors, because I'm a hands-on person and have done some of my own projects. Communication was clear and constant, which was very important for me. The guys on the crew were prompt, polite and they check with me on every step. They also did a pretty good job of cleaning up each day. If there were any issues that arose, they always discussed the matter with me before proceeding. I would recommend them without hesitation. Lisa also always checked in with me to make sure that I was pleased with the progress and work in general. They completed the project on time and it looks great!

We strive to perform a higher level of contracting with budget friendly pricing. All information is submitted without complicated wording keeping things simple while completing a top notch project.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process from beginning to end starts with our first meeting. At the job site meeting the entire job is reviewed, all questions asked and answered with a professional proposal detailed and emailed to you within 24-48 hours from our meeting. No cell phone will be used or brought into your home during our meeting as this is your time to obtain all the knowledge necessary on your and my end to get an accurate pricing for the project and establish a comfort level between my company and the client.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team and myself have attended many courses, classes and certifications from flooring and bathroom remodels. We have many years experience in the industry as well. We are Certified floor covering Installers, Staying updated on the newest innovations in flooring is most important. We also have subscriptions to tile magazines, and Flooring Installer for all of our teams.
