I cannot say enough good things about Peter Bernier and his team. We hired them to install luxury vinyl plank flooring throughout our entire upstairs and basement, which was a very large project, and the results exceeded every expectation we had.
From the very beginning, Peter was professional, knowledgeable, honest, and incredibly helpful. He went above and beyond to help us find the best flooring materials at the best possible price, provided a detailed and accurate quote, and kept us informed every step of the way. Most importantly, he delivered exactly what he promised.
The quality of the workmanship is absolutely outstanding. Every room looks flawless, and the attention to detail is evident throughout our home. Peter is truly an expert in his craft, and it shows in the finished product.
What impressed us even more was his reliability and commitment. He understood how important our timeline was and completed this huge project before our move-in date, exactly as promised. That level of professionalism and dependability is hard to find.
Beyond his skill and expertise, Peter is simply a great person to work with. He is respectful, trustworthy, responsive, and genuinely cares about his customers and the quality of his work.
We are beyond grateful to Peter and his crew for helping make our new house feel like home. I would recommend him without hesitation to anyone looking for flooring installation. We will absolutely use him again for any future flooring needs.
Thank you, Peter! 10 out of 10 experience.
