- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing depends on the size of the home, condition, and type of cleaning (deep cleaning, standard cleaning, or move-in/move-out). We offer discounts for recurring services such as weekly, biweekly, or monthly cleanings. Deep cleanings and first-time cleanings may have a higher cost due to the extra time and detail required. We always provide a free estimate before starting any job so there are no surprises.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, we talk with the customer to understand their needs, the size of the home, and the type of cleaning they are looking for. Then we provide a free estimate. On the first visit, we usually recommend a deep cleaning so we can bring the home to a high standard. After that, we schedule regular maintenance cleanings. We bring our own supplies and equipment, and we always focus on quality and attention to detail.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have several years of experience in residential and commercial cleaning. Through my experience, I have developed efficient cleaning systems, organization methods, and attention to detail. I am also trained in using the correct products for different surfaces to avoid damage and ensure the best results. My goal is always to provide safe, detailed, and professional cleaning services.
