- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All of my work is performed on an upfront cost system. When i charged by the hour, it would become very stressful for the customer and myself if the repairs would hit some type of unforeseen circumstance which is always a possibility. Noone wants to have someone working in their home doing repairs and wondering the whole time "how much is this bill when he's done"
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I attend all educational seminars by my vendors to stay on top of the latest technology and products in my field
