Flat rate pricing. Don't ask for an "hourly rate"
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The process goes like this: Make contact with the customer. Discuss the problem at hand, Schedule a date for the estimate, Develop a course of action, Issue a quote, Schedule a date for installation, Install, Payment, Happy Customer. It may sound confusing, but it's just a phone call and site visit.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
5 year apprenticeship program. over 3000 hours of classroom education. 12 years personal experience, with 60 years combined experience within the company. VA, WV, & MD master electricians. No employee less than journeyman licensure. (you absolutely will get someone who knows what they're doing going to your home)
